If you're having trouble using Captur, and are seeing an error that says "Out of date version. Please close your browser, clear browser history and try again", please update your Captur version using the following guidance.

iOS Safari

How to Clear History, Cache and Website Data on iPhone.

  1. Close all Safari tabs.
  2. Close all apps including Safari.
  3. Go to Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data
  4. Re-open captur.app.
  5. Refresh page.

iOS Chrome

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap More >History
  3. At the bottom, tap Clear browsing data.
  4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
  5. Tap Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data
  6. Close all browser tabs
  7. Close all apps
  8. At the top right, tap Done
  9. Re-open captur.app
  10. Refresh page

Android Chrome

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the top right, tap the More button.
  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
  4. Close all tabs
  5. Close all apps
  6. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  7. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  8. Tap Clear data.

To check for the Captur version, open the sidebar menu by clicking the gear icon on the top right.
At the bottom of the sidebar, you should see the version used. The latest version is 5.0.3.
